Careless with serious information

I submitted my tax return on Monday. Or i tried to only for it to get rejected because Momentum captured the incorrect Directive Number. They received a Directive number, then cancelled it and received a new one again. When they did my tax they captured the cancelled number. Now I can't submit my return. I phoned Momentum on Monday and gave them all the details. The correct directive number and everything and I am not getting feedback from them. How difficult is it to update the correct number. This is a serious matter. A tax return is not just an option. I can get in trouble for not submitting a return. i know there is still a lot of time, but I do it and get it done. i am not someone to leave things for last minute. Now because of Momentums carelessness I am stuck. This just proves they can't be trusted. Their neglegence is concerning especially with something like this. One more good reason as to why I cancelled my RA with them. Next I will be cancelling my insurance.
