Cannot access your funds in Momentum Money App

Momentum Money is the poorest concept ever. You can EFT funds into this account and it has great interest, BUT the fine print is that you cannot EFT funds out of your account or withdraw your funds at an ATM or even at a Checkers or PnP. You can literally only buy stuff with your card, but there is no way to access the money on your card. I have tried everything.
