Cancellation of cession
Momentum has the worse service ever, I deeply regret joining them. I have a life policy and I had a cession for FNB homeloan on my property. I sold the property and FNB requested that they remove the cession on my policy. It's almost a month now and nothing is done. I have phoned them several times and they keep on telling me that it will be done. I want that cession removed because the property is sold and I want to move from Momentum. I can't handle incompetence.
