Can Momentum ever do anything right first time?

Some months ago I informed Momentum that I required them to close my investment account and transfer the funds therein to my banking account. They have not done so because I am still receiving an income statement. I have come to the conclusion that the only reliable way in which to get anything done with banks and insurance companies is to complain to Hello Peter where I usually get a response by return email. Their call centers are a e joke, so it's a complete waste of time trying to get any cogent information via this facility.
