Called Momentum Myriad today to amend my cover and spoke with Tsholofelo Twala, she refused to assist because I can't tell her cover start date which has been running for +10 years. She was so rude, asked to speak to team manager and was put on hold for a while and come back says team manager is in the meeting and she will call me back. Haven't heard or receive call from her manager - Joyce Majola. Service was so pathetic
