********* business conduct. Intolerable delays on the claim on retirement.

I have send in a cancelation on the 5th of November after my retrenchment and on several follow-ups my claim is still not processed. One gets cut during telephone discussion or sent from one department to another or gets cuts and no return call but automated responses from their email system. Even the said assigned person known as Fortunate Selepe never bothers with any communication or feedback on emails send directly to her. This morning the 15th of December 2025, I spent over twenty minutes to finally come to another person who checked with relevant department and her response was that, the claim has been forwarded but she can see nothing has been done to it as yet, which is frustrating. The said lady finally spoken to this morning promised to engage the relevant department and revert to me on Wednesday or that I should call in myself on Wednesday.
