bunch of ***** to issue tax certificate.
Did not get my tax certificate despite family member receiving theirs. Requested it on the website, only receiving the 2018 tax certificate! SARS has selected my return for verification before they release my refund and the only outstanding issue is my retirement annuity tax certificate from momentum. Is had been uploaded on e-filing however the excuse that i get from momentum is that is NOT AVAILABLE! Now momentum is the reason for my delayed refund. DAMN UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We are aware of the issue regarding tax certificates that we sent out but the attachments are however not opening.
