Breach of Contract

An investment was opened by my fiancé with your company and a few weeks later he received a call from a woman calling to find out about the investment, how it works and the rates and what he feels about that product. She apparently got his information from someone at momentum . She was apparently a new client herself to momentum. she was interested in taking an investment with them, she does not work for momentum but she had all his personal details sent to her from someone at momentum . Calls were logged to momentum and sent emails and to date hasn't received any feedback.
