****** FundsAtWork Nightmare Claim

I have been sent from pillar to post by this company for a whole week if not more. I was asked for my tax number after i had asked why my claim is pending. Only to find out that they needed my tax number, which they could have called me to ask for. I sent it last week and funny enough when i follow up with them today again they telling me that it was not received. If i hadn't asked when were they planning on telling me. I am sick and tired of this company and will not be recommending it to anyone near me.
