Black star experience
Still prefer half a star... Or just one big black dot... Started the process of withdrawing funds after a divorce settlement at the beginning of September. It has now been 4 months. No payout yet, after their "promise" of 26 work days. Apart from no payout, also no feedback, not even when you escalate to a teamleader. How pathetic. Thank you, Momentum, I will be moving my insurance and policy from you permanently in the new year
