Benefits Cancelled without Notifying members

<p>October 2016 we have taken out a medical aid with Momentum together with the Multiply benefits, we specifically asked around the gym benefits before accepting. My son taken the option whereby you pay R700 once off fee. When my husband and I went in Jan 2017 we were told that this benefit does no longer exists. No notification to members letting them know about this. We have logged this query on the 10th January 2017 and still awaiting feedback.</p>
