Been waiting for my provident money for almost a month now nothing its happening

Good morning its Mafa Mashinini again which I have been dismissed at Hargreaves services pty SA I'm still struggling to get my provident fund money from Momentum last week they have said they will deposit my Money yersterday which was Monday its been 4weeks now still nothing its happening and I had to buy uniform for my kids
