Disgusting service from momentum Sa,im writing this on behalf if my mum who is a elder and has a policy with momentum,she requested for money to be deposited from her ENDOMED POLICY,as she wanted to use the money today,this was on Thursday morning and she was told to wait 48 hours.More than 48 hours later we call momentum a consultant by the name of Humbulani picks up and promises to help we stay in the line until the call is cut amd bo 1 gets back to us...i find this unacceptable that such happens..and no one bothers to call back its unappopriate and dispicable to say the least im disppaointed at hos this company treats elsders.

28 Mar 2023, 10:06Im really startung to get frustrated with Momentum,the money requested by my mom since Thursday has not reflected in her account still and this is more that 48 hours later, yesterday the consultant that i spoke to by the name of Deslin assured me that moss def by the time we wake up today the money will be reflecting in the account as she said it will be either yesterday evening or early today morning stoll the money, os not reflecting as promised ,this is causing a huge delay as we have to pay for a tombstone for an unvelling and pay carter's that weve been delaying since Saturday due to payment...the service offred here is really bad as i feel my mum is literally begging for her money and not even once did she default on a payment all these years ,this is absolute utter nonsens from the bull**** company
