Base Multiply Card

Towards the end of November 2014 received a letter stating that my Base Multiply Card was included in an enclosed pack. <br> No card was enclosed - just a small folder with four slots where the card was meant to have been placed. Phoned to query non receipt of card and was told that they do not issue Base Multiply Cards. Followed this up with an email on 28 November 2014. Had no response so followed it up with a further email on the 8 December 2014. On 9 January 2015 received a reply stating that the matter was still being looked into.<br> No further response - followed it up with another email on the 4 February 2015. Eventually on 6 February 2015 received a reply stating that they do not issue Base Multiply Cards.<br> Sent a follow up email on the 7 February 2015 asking: \If you do not currently issue Base Multiply Cards
