Bad service or let me say no service Momentum retirement fund
My husband took package at transnet.The pension fund is momentum. He just want the money to be payed over to Sanlam no lumpsum . Everytime he phone the servicedesk they give him a different story. They do not even know if people are in the office or not. Say they will phone back NEVER phone back It is the worst experience we ever had. Not even phoning Tshwane about a account is this bad. I will Never Never make use of them again. Very very disappointed.
