Bad service from momentum

I retired in2015 from work. A financial planner invested most of my funds into an annuity. My medical portion should not have been invested. Emailed the compliance and advisor no response. I am struggling without money as the financial advisor is controlling my money. About to lose my home to forclosure might happen? What sense to have money invested for 30 years at retirement and to have no home. The compliance at momentum never contacted me when i sent them emails in2017.

I want all my money to invest in a other company. There is another policy in my name which i did not sign for. Do not invest in Momentum as they control your money. I would like to speak to whoever made the requirements to have a financial advisor to invest your retirement money. Where are the rules for this papers were already drawn up no pre interview about yourself first. Now the response is quick. I want all of my money. Please could someone else advise me about this. I am desperate.
