Bad service

I resigned from my previous employer on the ***. I was sent an exit link that was not even working it took them 2 full weeks to send me a form to complete. I call them every single day to find out what is happening with my claim, I send emails too, and the last resort was when I emailed one of the administrators. On each of the calls that I keep making the agents are not able to provide me a definite answer as what is going on the claim they just say it’s with SARS and they don’t know the turnaround time. Nobody is helping me in resolving this issue. This week, it's even worse. Nobody is answering the phone.
