BAD SERVICE - CUSTOMER CARE NON EXISTENT

Worst Service Ever!

Called ***just to get told they will escilate the matter and then on another call you wait for over 2 hours and get told your savings will only pay out in 6 weeks time........ife been waiting for over 2 weeks now just to get a response back that will indicate when I will receive my funds.

This is very unprofessional and you guys really need to give more info regarding the waiting periods. I have an emergency and need those funds and I can't wait another 5 weeks and hope for it to be paid out.
