Bad service by Momentum Fund

Last year December 2014, I've submitted a claim with momentum fund. Until this day they haven't release my provided fund. Everytime I call they are not transferring me to Valencia who is handling my case, all they keep on saying is that they will send her an email to release the funds,. Since December 2024 no communication from Momentum Fund and they haven't paid yet instead they refusing to give me an opportunity to speak with the Valeconsultant who is handling my case
