Bad service and unprofessional

I submitted my claim September and i was told to wait for 27 days before they make a payment but now it is more 2 months since i waited and i hate the fact that laura has been lying saying they makeing the payment then i will wait but no payment coming they all keep on lying to me telling me different story... I have never experience such a poor service and lack of professionalism, there is absolutely no communication between client and consultant until you are the one who is calling they not going to give an update im still waiting even now the only thing im getting is stories... Very bad service i can never recommend to anyone
