Bad service and not looking at retiring with momentum

Was doing a transfer of funds from Alex forbes to momentum due to change jn jobs.worst decision ever.if I could not use momentum I would not.

To date I have spent my own airtime being the corresponding person between the two because momentum couldn't be bothered. RoT was sent to them on 20th Feb,06 March and 08 March I had to do this follows up when they fill in ROT they do incorrect FSCA number and couldn't be bothered to correct it after I again had to inform them that transferring fund have sent you email.

I am over momentum and their gauteng5 team which seem to be less helpful by the day as you call.
