Bad service and false promises

Momentum has given me the most disgusting service ever to be given by a company of its nature. I have Been sent from pillar to post, from one consultant to another since last week regarding the payment of my pension fund each is giving me a different story as to what is happening. I am now starting to think that there might some ***** happening. The ombudsmen looks like my last resort...such disappointment from a company that deals with big companies pension funds.
