Bad service and don’t care about customers
Momentum is ****py financial company, I asked for a withdrawal on my policy on the 22nd January 2019. I followed up with the docs they required on the 29th, on Friday the 8th February I followed up and the lady said I should expect the money same day or latest Saturday. I mean it’s Sunday now the 10th February still I haven’t received my money. Bad service and I will never take any policy with ever again. Stay away from them
