Bad service

I recently got retrenched from my company, Momentum is the company entrusted with handling our pension payments.Service has been absolutely zero to none, no updates on the process, one has to hold for over an hour on the phone just to speak to someone,( that’s if airtime doesn’t run out) left countless voicemails on their system of which I doubt they ever listen to. One doesn’t even know who the administrator is, what is stage Is the process at or if there’s any outstanding documents, service is absolutely appalling to say the least.
