Bad service

We have submitted all required documents for the death claim but we have not received any feedback from Momentum. The last time we spoke to the investigator we were told them the case was submitted to Andile Ntuli. I Spoke to the lady working on the case and we were told that the case was submitted to Management up to so far nothing has been done as yet.
