Bad Service

The service that I'm getting from Momentum funds at work department is so bad words can't even describe it. They promised me that my funds will be be finalized by Friday 9 July 2021. When I phoned them earlier they told me that my banking details is not correct and that I'm under investigation since Wednesday 7 July 2021 and I didn't even once received a phone call or a email to say what was going on. So I requested that a manager must phone me back and I'm still waiting and when I tried to phone them now which was after 5 o'clock they where and the only 24 hours number is for the medical department.
