Bad service

I made a claim on the August 2022 and today it's 13 October 2022 my claim hasn't been paid out, I keep calling each day no one seems to be interested in assisting me , as it's leads to them promising to call me back of they don't even keep their promises, am so heart broken about the service in that company and their turn around time of claim it's 21 days, each time I get stories of refunding the company I was working for . Does refund takes 2 months ??? I want my money
