Bad service

This division of momentum is really a disgrace

I am a momentum premium multiply account holder , I was told in order for myself and my partner to access the funds/cash back we will need to send through certified copies of our ID documents, we both have created multiply money profiles as well. I sent it through yesterday morning at 08:23 called in at 11am and was told by the lady they haven't received anything when I asked her how are you checking if you received the mail if I haven't told you what email I sent it from ? She proceeded to tell me that I must wait to be contacted back , at 16:55 pm yesterday I called again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Granville who advised that the Fica team uploaded the ID documents but our funds and accounts are blocked and he doesn't know why . He promised me 3 times he would call me back by 11am to provide feedback still nothing !!
