Bad service

My policy cancelled last month. I opted for the refunds to be paid 3 weeks ago already and everytime i call the call centre they inform me that they are still busy finalising my pay out and they are still trading with my money .I am waiting and i paid in R23000and only getting R14000 bull****. I want all my money today still .my contact no is ********** 150
