Bad service

On the 13th September 2016 i phoned momentum to cancel my investment policy, policy number ********** 9977 because i have been retrenched at work. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Ouma, who told me to send a copy of my id, proof of address and the bank statement. On the 14th i sent all the documents to them, when i phone to confirm if they received the documents a consultant by the name Morne told me they cannot accept my proof of address. I went to the bank to draw a statement with my address and sent it to them. I phoned again and was told they still cannot accept it i need to send a water and lights statement. I told the consultant that i do not own a property and he said i can send my late mom's proof of address with her death certificate. On the 15th i sent the requested documents, my late mom's recent statement and the death certificate. I phoned again to find out if they received the documents. again a consultant told me they do not have a proof that i stay in that address. They have my bank statement with the same address as my mom, and the bank statement is also showing their transactions so i do not understand what they are talking about and was never told about all this when i was taking this investment. On the 16th i sent my IRP5 and my payslip nothing helped. They have been promising to phone me back eventually, Ouma phoned to tell me they do not have a proof that i stay in that address. I want my money they must stop playing with my emotions, iam not borrowing this money from them it is mine so they must just give me. They must not tell me about the investigations they need to do when they were not investigating when they were debiting my account every month. I want my money.
