Bad serive for Divorce Claim

i have been from pillar to post with Momentum funds at work. The service is bad they are failing to deliver on time and communicate. I sent multiple emails even attempted to call momentum and i was advised that my claim was assigned to kholo Mayisela who is not even responding to my emails when i am trying to find out the status of my divorce claim that i submitted the 14th of May 2024 which i find it very rude not responding to clients when they need an update. i left my contact details so that they can call me till today the 26 of june 2024 i haven't received a phone call from Kholo.....
