Bad long service

I made a withdrawal claim, and was told to fill out a form that was sent to me. The company i worked for got liquidated back in 2018 and i made the claim on the 15th of june 2022. After sending all required documents i waited for several days whereby i had to call again only to be told that my withdrawal is pending since they cant find my documents. I called back in 2weeks later around early july where they told me that they needed to get hold of my former boss or their legal department since this was a case that needed confirmation. Eventually after calling back a few times throughout the days i was told that the legal team has approved my case and they can go ahead and make payments. I called again and was told that my funds are being deinvested and will be taken to sars then pay out. It took several days and when i called back, i was told that the payment was made. Waited and waited only to find that the process wasn't started. And i made another follow up countless times. And now im still waiting for my payment to come through.
