Bad experience buying a house- Momentum agent

I bought a house from a Momentum agent. Leased the house for few months before moving in. The tenants didn't pay rent and left the house owing municipal bills. I tried communicating with the Agent without success. I then contacted Momentum for assistance. They requested sales agreement and lease agreement from me. It turns out as soon as I complained to them, they knew that they do not have such a sale in their records. However kept on requesting the documents from me, promising to help me. When they got what they wanted, they took legal action against the agent, but refuse to take responsibility for my money. The strange thing is they are claiming about R100 000 from the agent, but I get to lose my R11 600.

When you buy a house, please make sure you check all the documents. If possible, get someone in the industry to check them for you. We may be experts in our fields of work, but you may get ****** in other industries. No matter how excited you may be, a few days to get things checked will be worth it in the end. It turns out the agreement we signed did not have the Momentum logo. Although this is the case, I still find it strange that they claim from him because he did the sale while working for them, but refuse to take responsibility of money owed while he was working for them.
