BAD customer service

I called in to make a claim more than a month ago every time i call to do a follow up i get told new information and the stuff is so rude they all cant assist me when asking questions they yell at for asking questions i regret using this company for my investment .last week two of them hung up without assisting this morning again i have placed on hold for over 20 munites.
