Bad customer service
I submitted my pension withdrawal forms with Funds@work on 26 March 2019 and even today I am still waiting for my money. I have send emails and they aren't responding to tell me when will payment be made. It's so frustrating. All I want is for them to tell me when will I receive my payment as I submitted all the documentation they needed on June 19th 2019.
