BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have de-registered my provident fund on the 1 of May 2019 and i was told the matter will be resolved in 21 working days. It's now over 21 working days and still have no payout, worse when i called them they said its now 28 days. It's like they keep moving dates. And this is now furstrating and very disappointed at Momentum for such a big company to offer such questionable services.

29 May 2019, 11:50I confirm that your claim forms were received on 7 May 2019 with and exit date of 30 April 2019.
The contributions for April were received on 13 May 2019. The contributions have to be invested and only once invested can the claim process begin. The turnaround time is 26 working days and the process has started. We are well within the turnaround time.
