Bad communications from Momentum
<p>Hi, I have an open request to consolidate two RA's and to apply new investment funds to the RA PP ********** 55. However, to be Regulation 28 compliant I need to use their Regulation 28 calculator. I have been informed that the calculator is on their online portal BUT I cannot locate it. I then receive poor communications from a certain Rendani Tshikunde that "Please be advised that we on our side we do not work on MDS on-line, kindly ask for the marketing adviser to assist.". This after they have indicated to me that I should use the calculator. Now I am being directed to someone else! Very very poor communcation s****s and treatment of a customer from Momentum.</p> <p> </p>
