Bad client service. Withdrawal issues from RA
I have a Retirement Annuity investment with Momentum and have spend the last week trying to withdraw from my saving pot. Momentum financial advisor are lazy and won't go the extra mile for anyone. I have recently inherited quite a large sum of money and would have like to keep my investment in one institution but I am seeking an alternative.

09 Sept 2025, 05:20Momentum is the worst. I see you only reply to get rid of the complain. I have never dealt with such lies and deceit. Always leaving with a sense of worthlessness. I have had enough of this ****** institution, I see even the complaint are all from Black people. I really regret having any policy with Momentum. I will advise all in my circle not to use Momentum products cause you suffer when you need help. I am honestly don't care anymore, I will seek further legal advise elsewhere.i I am angry, disappointed and fed up with ***
