Bad bad service
My Funds at Work forms were submitted on the 19th of July for payout of my Provident fund. Till today I haven't heard anything from Momentum. I phoned them this morning (i was put on hold for 15 minutes)just to be told that my query was escalated to the IT department a week ago and still nothing is happening. Poorest service ever.
