Bad bad horrible service and way of doing business, unprofessional

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement,I left my previous employer on the 28th June a logged my funds at work withdrawal,I did not get an response from them until a month later when I called, and of all the consultants I spoke to didn't know anything about the claim and kept on promising that a manager will call me which never happened until I logged a complain with their complains dept, Eventually Mrs(name withheld) called and told me that the claim has not been processed because of some contributions were not made by the employer so they are looking into it, Since then it's still the same story with different variations.As I write there's no protracted solution ,no time line as to when I am going to receive my funds, it's waiting indefinite,the level of unprofessionalism is ta it's highest at momentum,the only reason that coaxed me into taking up the scheme was the hope of getting my my money within 26 days at most of stopping working,which give security as a bridging funds during the time of temporary lay off .It is actually a breach of contract which has given rise to me icuring cost in the process.Read across the momentum platform on Hello Peter its evident that the insurer is using it as a stalling tactic to a host of clients that have met with the same as me
