Bad bad bad service ever

Good day. I'm so dissapointed with this company. I have app**** to withdraw my pension fund and I ah e not received any fees back since October. When I call it's either ill be transfered to the wrong department or my call will be placed on hold. Everytime I try to contact Momentum I get different stories and the agents are so rude. May I please be assisted in getting my money in depanding on that money. Im jsut tired of spending my airtime.
