Back and forth emails no joy same status quo

Since 14th July it is back and forth email with momentum investo and my tax practioner as I am unable to submit my tax return for 2023 due to an SARS error We could not display your calculation. Please note that this tax return was not processed, the Directive No. ***24261 captured on the IRP5 differs with the directive number issued by SARS. Please contact the Fund Administrator/Employer to rectify the error and resubmit the return.

It is now 5th October and no closer to any solution still same error. Imagine i was trying to sort this out on my own without any third party assistance from eg. Tax practioner. The sheer fact that this has been going on for so long for one liitle correct paperwork submission from momentum side onto SARS website questions the believe if there is any skills left at momentum to even retify this issue
