Awesome service from Derrick and Marlene

I would like to thank Momentum Disability Claims and their professional employees Derrick and Marlene. What impressed me the most is their kindness whilst performing their duties. Most of all is how they took something that was not their fault and fixed it without passing the buck. They just corresponded with their superiors and fixed the problem. At such times when we're seeing Carte Blanche exposing uncaring employees from well respected insurers like Discovery Insure. It's good to know that there are still good ethical people out there.
