Atrocious feedback and lies on a withdrawal made.

I have been complaining for the past 3 week regarding my withdrawal claim. I have been sent pillar to post regarding this withdrawal. Last week I was told by agents that it was sent and escalated to Nicole for tax processing. The agents I have been contacting have told me the same thing for over a week now.

I am going to escalate this matter further if I am not given proper feedback, because every-time I call I get told the same thing, that it’s with Nicole. Who is Nicole and why is she not doing her job?

I have wasted so much airtime/minutes and money trying to resolve this. I want a manager to call me back because this is ridiculous now.
