Are you paying out the death claim or not?

I am very disappointed with the way momentum work, my late mom was a member at momentum, I sent an email to momentum for death claim, I sent every document they require for the claim since 17May 2021 and they said they are discussing this with the trustees for our claim, I Called them for feedback, Anniemie Bedingfield sent me an email telling me that she or he will sent the letter on the 29th of July till today I have not received any email. So I have been calling no one is answering the phone I sent email for update nothing is happening with my claim, m so heart broken about this my mom (may her soul rest in peace) was paying momentum very well now they don't want to pay, my question is are they going to pay or not?
