Apparently nobody works at Momentum

I have contacted Momentum numerous times via several different e-mail addresses only to have automated replies sent to me every single time and no follow-up of any kind. I am beyond furious! As far as I'm concerned the company do not care about any of their clients and are basically *****ing from me blind. I will obviously have to call in to cancel my insurance or go to their offices directly. What should be a straightforward process is nothing short of a nightmare! Utterly appalling!
