Another fail by Momentum

Can someone please explain to me why my multiply inspire status is at level 1 where according to your transition communication we should be locked in on level 5 because we were on private club status last year?

I took a screenshot of my multiply profile on 24 Jan 2024 before the transition and my status was private club on multiply premier.

This is now the 3rd issue with my profile since you started with this profile migration thing.

Fix this asap!!!
