Annuity payout
I wrote an email on the 20th June. To date I got 9 different responds regarding my Annuity cash out. It's difficult to understand what's the correct respond to my request cos all 9 responds say direct things. And people who are using other companies managed to cash out their Annuity. And they were told government ammendment was this year.

The retirement annuity contract you are referring to is governed by legislation, and according to this you are not yet allowed to access your proceeds.
The previous responses provided you with the same information, and although the government is considering changes, no changes have been made as yet.
