Angry customer

The momentum umbrella fund department is not helpful at all, i sent my documents and i was told my claim will take 14day, till today no one has made contact, i have to constantly call them for updates, i should have recieved my money by now but nothing as yet, when you call it takes 15min before someone takes your call, poor service from these guys
