Amounts deducted from account

Who can we speak to about amounts going off for gym membership, and almost R2000 went off thos December and its not clear what these amounts are. <br> <br> We have no idea who we can speak to. The consultant cant even assist in anything , please can we get someone who can assist.will you please contact my Mother , i do not wish to be the middle man in this.
